Looking for abandoned cemetaris in the Chicago area

I'm looking for a list of cemetaries in the Chicago area that are abandoned. Does anyone know where I could get such a list?
I just found out that there are supposed to be hundreds of abandoned cemetaries in the Illinois area, and that the state actually has a program to rehab some of them:
If you have any advice on how to find them, that would be great. And you can also e-mail me at john@johnabbott.net
Thanks.

-John
